If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our services. We may update these terms from time to time by posting revisions on the Site, with the “Last Updated” date adjusted accordingly. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

Eligibility – Adults 21+ Only

The Site and BIZZ gum are intended for use by adults 21 years of age and older. BIZZ gum contains Nixodine-S (a 6-methyl-nicotine analog), an addictive nicotinic compound, and is intended for adults 21+. Persons under 21 are strictly prohibited from using the Site or purchasing/using BIZZ products. By using our Site, you affirm that you are at least 21 years old. We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts if we suspect a user is under 21.

Product Information & Health Disclaimer

BIZZ gum is a functional chewing gum formulated with Nixodine-S, a synthetic nicotinic analog. Under current U.S. law, Nixodine-S is not classified as a tobacco or nicotine product in the regulatory sense, and BIZZ gum is not categorized as a dietary supplement. However, use BIZZ responsibly – Nixodine-S is addictive, and its effects are still being studied. We make no medical claims about this product.
