Shipping Policy

We want your BIZZ gum to reach you reliably and cost-effectively. Below is our shipping policy, aligned with best practices for U.S. direct-to-consumer brands:

Shipping Locations

United States Only. At this time, BIZZ ships orders only to addresses within the United States. We do not offer international shipping. Any orders placed with a non-U.S. shipping address will be canceled and refunded. We currently ship to all U.S. states and the District of Columbia. (We also ship to APO/FPO military addresses and U.S. territories if supported by our carriers, but shipping times may be longer.) We do not ship to P.O. boxes if using certain expedited carriers – if you need to use a PO Box, please select standard USPS shipping at checkout.

Order Processing Time

All U.S. orders are processed within 1–2 business days after you place your order (excluding weekends and holidays). “Processing” means we are preparing your items, packing them, and getting them ready for shipment. Orders placed after 5pm or on non-business days will begin processing the next business day. In peak periods (such as holidays or large promotions), processing might extend to 3 business days, but we strive to be as quick as possible. You will receive an order confirmation email right after placing your order, and a separate shipping confirmation email once your order ships, which will include tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Options

We currently offer two shipping speed options at checkout for U.S. orders: Standard Shipping and Expedited Shipping.

  • Standard Shipping – This is our default method, typically delivered via USPS First Class/Priority Mail or a ground service from UPS/FedEx depending on order weight. Standard Shipping usually takes approximately 3–7 business days in transit after dispatch. The exact carrier and time frame depends on your location (most orders arrive in under a week).
  • Expedited Shipping – This option uses faster services (such as USPS Priority Express, UPS 2-Day, FedEx 2-Day or similar). Expedited Shipping typically takes 2–3 business days in transit after dispatch (and often 2 days or less to major metro areas). If you need your gum in a hurry for an upcoming trip or project, consider this option.

All available shipping methods and their costs will be displayed at checkout for you to choose. Customers are responsible for paying shipping costs; BIZZ does not currently offer free shipping by default. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on the delivery address and the weight of your order, or they may be flat-rate depending on ongoing promotions. You will see the shipping fee before you finalize your order. (Occasionally, we may run promotions such as free standard shipping over a certain order amount, and any such offer will be clearly indicated on our Site when applicable.)

Shipping Costs

As noted, shipping fees are paid by the customer. Standard shipping typically ranges from a few dollars up to around $5–$8 for most orders, depending on weight and distance. Expedited shipping is higher, often in the $15–$25 range, since it’s faster. These figures are estimates and subject to change. The exact shipping charge will be shown at checkout. We do not mark up shipping – the rates reflect carrier rates. Any applicable shipping or handling fees are non-refundable once the order has shipped, except in cases of a lost package (see Refund Policy above).

Delivery Estimates

The delivery times provided (e.g., 3–7 days standard, 2–3 days expedited) are estimates and not guaranteed commitments. While we strive to meet these timelines, actual delivery can be influenced by factors outside our control – such as carrier delays, weather events, or high seasonal volume. Once an order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the postal or courier service. There may be occasional delays in delivery that are outside of our control (for example, postal service interruptions or natural disasters). We appreciate your patience in such cases. If you experience a long delay, please contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the situation (including contacting the carrier on your behalf).

Order Tracking

For every shipped order, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that contains a tracking number/link. You can use this to track the status of your shipment in near real-time. Please allow up to 24 hours after receiving the shipping confirmation for the tracking info to update (it may take the carrier a business day to log the package into their system). If you don’t see a tracking email within 2 business days of placing your order, please check your spam folder or reach out to us. Monitoring your tracking can be helpful to know when to expect delivery. Once tracking shows “delivered,” responsibility for the package transfers to the customer. If you haven’t received the package but it’s marked delivered, check around your premises and with neighbors, and then contact us if still missing (we will assist you, as noted in our Refund Policy).

Shipping Confirmation & Address Accuracy

It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping address at checkout. Please double-check your address (including apartment/unit number and ZIP code) before finalizing the order. If you realize you made an address mistake, contact us immediately. We can often fix errors before the order ships, but if the order has already shipped out to an incorrect address, we may need to wait to see if it is returned to us. We cannot reship or refund orders that were delivered to an address provided incorrectly by the customer, unless the item is returned to us in sellable condition (in which case we will contact you). We also cannot redirect packages once in transit for security reasons.

Multiple Shipments

If you ordered multiple items, we typically ship them together. In rare cases (e.g., if part of the order is on backorder), we may ship separately – in such cases you will not be charged extra shipping for the second shipment and will receive separate tracking numbers.

During known carrier delays (for instance, around major holidays), we may post an announcement banner on our Site to keep customers informed.
